ABOUT WASH PARK WEST
Washington Park first developed in 1899 is one of Denver’s most popular parks. While the homes on the east and the west side of the parks were built at approximately the same time, they both developed in their own ways and are now considered two distinct neighborhoods, Wash Park West and Wash Park East. West Wash Park is bounded on the west by Broadway and on the east by Downing. The northern border is Virginia and southern border is I-25.
